Workout: *check* (5 in a row)

I'm going to start trying to stay on a 1600-calorie diet - that's what the BodyFlex website reccommends. As long as I doccument everything, it should be okay. If that doesn't work out, I'll go up to 2,000 for awhile. Honestly, the workout should work fine on it's own, but I know it will go faster with the diet.
